The new Residence is in an evening pedestrain precinct, surrounded by every kind of shops, that you can visit during your pleasant walks.

To make  agreable your holiday, all the flats are fully equipped; comfortable kitchen have microwave owen and big refrigerator as well as full set of kitchenware. For your relax you will have a multifunction shower stall. Do you like listening to the music? You will find a stereo set at your disposal!
